Tatari awarded “Best Multicultural Integration” by Digiday

Tatari was awarded the Best Multicultural Integration Award by Digiday for its outstanding ability to embrace diverse languages and cultures and for seamlessly incorporating them into the organization's culture and mission. According to Digiday, “The brands that will be at the forefront and the top runners in the future are the ones that understand that inclusivity is the thing that they should be focused on.” Read more below to learn about how Tatari integrates multicultural integration into its mission.

Importance of multicultural integration

Multicultural integration is essential for creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, which aligns with Tatari’s commitment to its people. By embracing different perspectives, Tatari fosters a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported, enhancing their satisfaction and motivation.

This inclusive approach not only drives collaboration and innovation but also builds trust and strong relationships within the team. At Tatari, whether employees are in the office or working remotely, they are part of a supportive and engaging community that empowers them to perform at their best. Ultimately, multicultural integration helps both employees and customers benefit from a workplace culture that prioritizes inclusivity and collaboration.

Programs promoting multicultural integration

Tatari promotes multicultural integration by embedding it deeply into its company culture and operations. Our commitment to diversity is evident in our strategic decisions and daily practices. For instance, after acquiring TheViewPoint, a CTV monetization platform based in Ukraine, we expanded our global footprint and integrated our Ukrainian team with colleagues in Canada and the U.S., fostering a more inclusive and globalized work environment.

We emphasize DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) through dedicated programs and committees. Our Culture Committee hosts monthly virtual learning events where employees present on various cultural topics, such as Black History Month and Hispanic Heritage Month. We also support employees' heritage and well-being through initiatives like a fundraiser for Ukraine and a global Walk for Kyiv, which raised funds for charity while demonstrating solidarity with our Ukrainian colleagues.

Our company culture supports ongoing DEIB efforts by merging global teams, adjusting work schedules to accommodate different time zones, and organizing team-building activities that promote camaraderie and cultural exchange. These practices ensure that all employees feel valued and included, contributing to a vibrant and cohesive work environment.

Looking forward

Tatari’s ongoing commitment to embracing and integrating diverse cultures and languages is a core component of our company culture. Our people are our greatest asset, and by fostering learning opportunities and prioritizing DEIB, we ensure that our teams are deeply integrated and engaged within the Tatari organization. We strive to create a work environment where employees feel both comfortable and at home. It is crucial for us to align our culture with what our employees value and enjoy, ensuring a positive and supportive workplace. Moving forward, Tatari will continue to prioritize and implement the initiatives it has established to further enrich our inclusive culture, support our diverse workforce, and enhance our global collaboration.
